There are a lot of different types of dog sweaters for small dogs today and I just want to discuss them briefly here. If you have a chihuahua or a yorkie or a bichon frise or a maltese, or any other breed of small dog AND you live in a cooler climate, it’s almost certain that you own at least a few small dog sweaters. These smaller dogs tend to shed their body heat much quicker that bigger dog dog, and so having little sweaters for small dogs is usually necessary for keeping them comfortable when they’re hanging out with you in a cold room or when out on a walk with you in the cold. Next up are the dog hoodies for small dogs. Whether you’re looking for sweaters for chihuahuas or sweaters for yorkies, or perhaps you’re searching for bichon frise sweaters or dog sweaters for small puppies: for each of these, you can find a lot of funky, cool, fashionable little dog hoodies that look great on your smaller dog. You can find hoodies for your dog that you can customize with a personalized message, and you can purchase them with pre-designed patterns and messages that range from mildly humorous to outright hilarious. The dog hoodies for small dogs aren’t as warm as the knit sweaters for dogs, but what they lack in warmth, they make up for in style.
And lastly are the little sweaters for little dogs that are most akin to sweatshirt jumpers for smaller dogs. These are essentially the same as the dog hoodies, only they’re a bit thicker and sometimes they won’t have a hood (often they do). The overall design and materials are otherwise the same, though. And like the sweaters for tiny dogs, these sweatshirts for small doggies come in many different patterns for you to choose from.
