Small Chihuahua Clothes: Almost Letting You Get Away With Murder

I’ve really been noticing the effect small chihuahua clothes have on dog lovers, lately. I’ve seen people with their little chihuahuas in places where you’re really not supposed to have your dogs, getting away with it seemly because their cute doggies are wearing adorable little clothes for chihuahuas. I could be wrong, but instead of security guards escorting people out of ritzy office buildings during busy office hours, I’ve seen more than just a few chihuahua owners slipping by these gatekeepers with their dogs when said cutie-pie-canines are sporting their smaller chihuahua clothing. Again, my observations could just be a coincidence lately, but I think there’s a correlation here between the cuteness of these small chihuahua clothes and the leniency people show towards these dogs and the degree to which they allow owners to bend the rules our societies have toward little dogs.

A small chihuahua’s clothes are like a megaphone for their cuteness. These little puppies are already insanely cute–so much so that they could potentially blow up your head with excitement and cuteness overload. Well you dress them up their little chihuahua clothes and it’s like putting their adorability (if that’s a word…) on steroids AND crack at the same time. These chihuahaus really go through the roof with their image when they’re all dressed up in their tiny chihuahua outfits.

And so, along with this massive increase in chihuahua visual stimulation comes the effect this has on people: smaller chihuahua clothing really seems to make people feel more strongly about them:, usually in the positive direction. If you just try to sneak your dog into the office building with you and the door man sees you, he’ll often tell you that you can’t bring your chihuahua in with you, even if you’re carrying her. But with that same dog in that same situation all dressed to the nines in some adorable smaller chihuahua clothing, the door dude will often concede and allow you to get away with the doggy trespassing. Of course, this isn’t always the case, but in and around this city of dog lovers and semi-fanatical dog culture, I see a lot of people bending the supposed “rules” of the land with their doggies dressed up in little chihuahua fashion.

My friend even told me the other day that she got away with speeding through a school zone the other day after the cop pulled her over, they chatted for a while, and the conversation turned to her little chihuahua all dressed up in his small chihuahua clothes. She told me that she NEVER manages to talk the police out of giving her tickets, but there was just something about her cute little dog all dressed up in his adorable little chihuahua clothes that seemed to win the officer over and convinced him to be lenient with her. Nice!

Obviously, I’m not advocating you walk around with your chihuahua dressed up in cute chihuahua clothes and assuming you have an automatic get-out-jail-free card up your sleeve as a result. But isn’t that interesting? It’s just something to keep in mind the next time you’re about to head out with your dog and you can imagine yourself getting into a few situations with your chihuahua that may or may not be a little …”socially pressured”, let’s call it 😉

And by the way the way, if you’re looking for some of the cutest small chihuahua clothes on the planet, look no further than the Chihuahua Shop.
